Since joining the running club, I have a new schedule ala my coach, Ric.  Each week he assigns runs that we do based on our "Magic Mile" pace.  The goal of the weekly runs is to run to get into your "zone" and then work to get to the upper part of your target zone.  Once you get there, you walk until your heart rate comes back down to the lower part of your target zone and then start to run again.  He also gives us paces to follow based on half marathon and full marathon paces and training paces.  It's all very confusing, but I think I'll get the hang of it.  Below is my first assignment paces:
